Tim Lapinski Cfi, Lpc

Tim Lapinski CFI LPC has extensive experience in loss prevention and risk management, currently serving as Divisional Vice President at Helzberg Diamonds since June 2014, with roles encompassing enterprise risk management and sales audit. Previously, Tim held leadership positions at the International Association of Interviewers, where responsibilities included presiding over chapter meetings and collaborating with executive committees from June 2017 to June 2021. Tim’s earlier career includes various regional and district loss prevention roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, CVS/Pharmacy, Hollywood Video, and Kohl's Department Stores, dating back to 1993. Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 1988 and 1992.
