Maddy Raman B.

Maddy Raman B. has a diverse work experience spanning several years in the design and furniture industry. Starting in 2012, Maddy worked as a Junior Interior Designer at Architecture International. In 2013, they became a Sales Executive at Design Within Reach. Moving on, Maddy joined Pivot Interiors in 2014 and held the roles of Ancillary Sales and later Architecture & Design Director until 2019. Following that, they worked at Blu Dot as a Market Development Manager, responsible for business development in Northern California. In 2021, Maddy joined Steelcase as an A&D Manager, and in the same year, they founded NILAYA Interiors. Currently, Maddy Raman B. is working as a Senior Sales Lead at Hem, an independent design brand and platform, where they collaborate, innovate, and experiment to inspire the creative community.

Maddy Raman B. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Architecture from the University of California, Davis, which took place from 2006 to 2010. After completing their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education in Interior Design and earned a Master's Degree from The Florence Institute of Design International between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a 200 Hour Flow Yoga Training Certification (TT 200) from YogaSource Los Gatos in December 2017.
