Marije Muthert

Marije Muthert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR digital services and product ownership. Currently serving as a Product Owner at HEMA since March 2023, Marije previously held several roles at Schneider Electric from June 2016 to March 2023, including HR Digital Services Specialist, where responsibilities included managing HR digital projects, process efficiency monitoring, and training end-users. Prior experience at Protime BV from June 2008 to May 2016 involved business consulting, advising on HR Workforce Management tools, and managing support teams. Marije began a career at Swiss Re from July 2000 to May 2008 as an HR Consultant, focusing on personnel administration and payroll processes. Marije obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Movement Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from 1996 to 2002.
