Patrick continued their education at HEC Montréal, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems from 1998 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Enterprise Management, which they completed at HEC Montréal from 2006 to 2009. Alongside their formal education, Patrick has also obtained additional certifications, including "L'essentiel de Power BI" from LinkedIn and "ITIL Foundation V3" from ITSMF in 2020 and 2018 respectively.
