Patrick Hardy

Patrick Hardy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Patrick is currently serving as the Vice President - Information Technology and Digital Strategy (CIO) at Héma-Québec, where they are responsible for developing and executing the company's technological strategy. Prior to this role, they worked as the Interim Vice President - IT and Digital Strategy (CIO) at the same company.

Before joining Héma-Québec, Patrick held positions such as Director of Information Technology - Infrastructure and Operations at Héma-Québec, Administrator - Technology Adviser at Now|Maintenant, Director - IT Managed Services Product Management at FX INNOVATION, Partner and Vice-President Managed Services at GTI Canada, and Director - Service Delivery Management at Desjardins.

Patrick also has experience working at National Bank of Canada, WebFitPro, Department of National Defence, and HEC Montreal in various leadership and project management roles.

Patrick has a strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure management, and service delivery.

Patrick Hardy has a diverse educational background. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Université de Montréal in 1998. Prior to that, they completed a College degree in Pure and Applied Sciences at Champlain Regional College from 1992 to 1994. Patrick continued their education at HEC Montréal, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems from 1998 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Enterprise Management, which they completed at HEC Montréal from 2006 to 2009. Alongside their formal education, Patrick has also obtained additional certifications, including "L'essentiel de Power BI" from LinkedIn and "ITIL Foundation V3" from ITSMF in 2020 and 2018 respectively.
