Sandrine Boucher holds a B.A.A. in Operations and Production Management from HEC Montréal and an M.Ing. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on project management from Polytechnique Montréal. Currently serving as Directrice Gouvernance et bureau TI at Héma-Québec, Sandrine has been responsible since April 2020 for leading governance initiatives in the IT department, managing project portfolios, overseeing IT assets, budget planning, and implementing best practices in IT processes. Sandrine's previous experience includes roles such as Project Controller and Analyst across various organizations like Héma-Québec, Alstom Transport, and the Réseau de transport de Longueuil. Additionally, Sandrine participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Uppsala University in Sweden, enhancing international academic credentials. Sandrine is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
