Suzanna van Straaten

Suzanna Van Straaten has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Suzanna is currently working at Hemanext as the Sr. Director of Commercial and Market Access EMEA. Prior to this, they were a Launch Readiness Lead at Blue Matter and worked in launch preparation at BridgeBio. Suzanna also has a long history with Sanofi Genzyme, where they held various roles including Commercial Director for Multiple Sclerosis Europe and Senior Marketing Manager for Renal Europe. Before joining Sanofi Genzyme, Suzanna worked as a Marketing Manager for Genzyme Europe BV, a Sales Manager at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, and a Product Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Suzanna began their career at SmithKline Beecham, where they worked in Sales and Medical Information.

Suzanna Van Straaten completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Randolph College from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Medical Biology at Leiden University from 1988 to 1992. Later, Suzanna attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for Organizational Leadership. The start and end dates for this program are unknown.
