Matt Adams, MBA has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership, recruitment, and employee performance. Matt is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at HemaSource, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at NSP, where they managed HR responsibilities for a health and wellness company with 900+ employees. Matt also served as the Director of Human Resources at Younique Products, where they provided leadership to a team of five and implemented strategies to optimize employee performance. Matt Adams completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2008.
