Melanie PASCAL started their career in 2010 as a Stagiaire Chargée d'études Risque et Reporting at Crédit Foncier. In 2011, they moved to Bisnode as a Chargée d'études Datamining, where they were responsible for accompanying marketing services of various sectors. In 2014, they joined Soft Computing as a Consultant Datamining. In 2015, they moved to SeLoger as a Business Analyste, where they were responsible for accompanying the marketing, product, and commerce teams with data analysis, defining, tracking, and explaining performance indicators, and collecting, verifying, and synthesizing data. In 2020, they joined hemea (ex-Travauxlib) as a Business analyste.

Melanie PASCAL received their Master 2 in Mathématiques appliquées from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2010, having started their studies there in 2005.
