Ian Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the power generation and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at Hemiko since April 2019, Ian oversees customer service and technical support for waste wood biomass energy plants. Previously, Ian held roles including Plant Manager at Babcock & Wilcox Vølund during the construction phase of a biomass power plant, EfW Operations Manager at SUEZ UK, and various management positions at companies such as Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe and Rolls Royce Power Systems. Ian's expertise encompasses quality management, health and safety, and efficiency in operational processes, supported by a foundational education from the Royal Navy Engineering School and Walton High School.
