Katie Waples has extensive experience in asset management and operations, currently serving as the Assets and Utilities Director at Hemiko since November 2018, after progressing through roles including Head of Assets and General Manager. Prior to this, Katie worked at Interserve from September 2016 to November 2018, holding positions such as Account Manager and Operations Manager, gaining valuable insights into operational governance and customer service. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth, achieved with First Class Honours, and a Cordon Bleu Certificate from Tante Marie Culinary Academy. Additional experience includes HR coordination at BOC UK & Ireland and various roles that developed organizational, communication, and management skills.
