Silvia continued to progress in their career, taking on the role of Controller at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, CES Advisors, and Four Seasons Mexico from 2005 to 2006. Silvia Veronica then moved to Univision Interactive Media, where they worked as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting from 2006 to 2011.

In 2011, Silvia joined Canon Latin America as a Finance professional, where they remained until 2013. Silvia Veronica then transitioned to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. for a brief period before joining Telemundo Media, a division of NBCUniversal, as the Manager of FP&A from 2013 to 2014.

Silvia Veronica Molina Perez began their education at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 1991. Silvia Veronica completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Accountant in 1995. Later, in 1999, they returned to the same institution and pursued a Bachelors degree in Corporate Finance, which they completed in 2000. Silvia Veronica furthered their education at IPADE Business School from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in 2002, they participated in an exchange program at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
