Daniel Bernstein

Daniel Bernstein is a software and technology M&A professional who has completed 30 software M&A transactions in the small to mid-market sector, totaling over $500 million in value. They currently serve as Managing Director at Hemisphere Partners, where they lead M&A strategy and execution for software and technology companies in Australia and New Zealand, and they are the founder of Teachally, a platform that redefines teaching through the power of AI. Earlier in their career, they founded Sandlot Games and served as CEO until its sale to Digital Chocolate in August 2011, and they have held senior leadership roles including VP Studio at Digital Chocolate and Director of Product Strategy at WildTangent. They earned a BS in Computer Science and an MA in Music Composition from the University of Virginia.
