Craig Egan

Craig Egan is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Director of Development for Tazā Restaurant at Hemisphere Restaurants since August 2022. Prior to this role, Craig worked as a Franchise Partner in the Hospitality Division for Gecko Hospitality, overseeing operations in Minnesota and Wisconsin from January 2018 to August 2022. Craig also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Atlas Food Group from March 2016 to December 2017, and served as Senior Director of Operations and Director of Operations at Granite City Food & Brewery from October 2007 to March 2016. Craig Egan attended Minnesota State Community and Technical College for education.
