Nish D. has had a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as a System Analyst at DEVASHISH SECURITIES PVT. TLD., where they worked on a quality analysis security project for a financial client. They focused on managing personal portfolios with customer-friendly designs.

Following this role, Nish joined Enterprise Solutions Inc. as an IT Consultant .Net. They developed an internal product that improved parts processing unit using PLM architecture. They also worked on web-based solutions for various clients of the company.

After that, Nish worked at Humana as a Senior Application Consultant for three years.

In 2014, Nish joined Az State Medical Board as an Application Developer. They worked on a short-term project to consult on new technology and enhance the Board's website features. They also mentored the full-time developer during this time.

Currently, Nish is a Software Development Manager at Hemisphere GNSS, where they started as a .Net Lead in 2015. They have been involved in developing custom solutions and implementing the software development lifecycle for the company. They have also introduced a customer-oriented approach using modified agile methods.

Nish D. completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from South Gujarat University from 2000 to 2004. Following that, Nish D. pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same university from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Nish D. earned a certification as a Brain Bench Programmer Analyst from Brainbench.
