Embedded Software Engineer GNSS at Hemisphere

Soumya Chintalapudi's work experience includes roles at Hemisphere GNSS as an Embedded Software Engineer GNSS since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Graduate Researcher at North Carolina State University in 2020, where they focused on generating a dataset for a CNN model to predict DRC violations for SRAM metal 1 rules. They improved the detection of DRC violations to be 32x faster and achieved up to 92% accuracy. In 2019, Soumya worked as a Student Intern at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and in 2018, they worked as a Student Intern at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. They also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology from November 2017 to January 2018.

Soumya Chintalapudi pursued their education in the field of engineering. Soumya completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics Engineering at the University of Mumbai from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they enrolled in North Carolina State University and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Master of Science from North Carolina State University in May 2021.
