Amber Cruz

Amber Cruz has extensive experience in various roles, starting as a Clerical Assistant at Covenant HealthCare from June 2001 to July 2006, followed by a position as Foreman at Qualified Staffing from June 2006 to January 2011, where responsibilities included supervision and compliance with safety protocols. Since July 2011, Amber has worked at Hemlock Semiconductor, initially serving as an Accounts Payable Representative and providing warehouse shift support, which involved staging customer deliveries and inspecting materials using SAP and a fork truck. Additionally, Amber held the position of Quality Control Leader, coordinating product sampling and managing quality technicians while ensuring adherence to company standards. Currently pursuing a Leadership Certificate from the Great Lakes Bay Hispanic Leadership Institute, Amber is committed to professional development.
