Brooke Beebe

SVP, Advocacy & Engagement at Hemlock Semiconductor

Brooke leads HSC’s stakeholder engagement functions including government relations, public relations, and marketing, sustainability, community, and employee engagement. Through her work, she focuses on advancing HSC’s mission to be the world’s preferred supplier of polysilicon and vision of being a family-friendly, community-oriented high-tech employer whose employees and products have a positive effect on the world.

Prior to joining HSC, Brooke was state government affairs director for The Dow Chemical Company, representing Dow in the Midwest region and leading the U.S. state government affairs team. She joined Dow’s Washington, DC office in 2007 as political director, then served as federal government affairs director for facility and supply chain security, transportation, and infrastructure. Brooke began her government relations career as federal government affairs representative for Sunoco, Inc. Previously she was a program manager for the 9th Congress of the World Federation of Public Health Associations.

Brooke holds a juris doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in philosophy from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Michigan Chemistry Council and the boards of the Midland Center for the Arts and Saginaw Chamber of Commerce.
