Dave Pasek

Dave Pasek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and materials industries. Currently serving as a Scientist at Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation since 2012, Dave has developed proactive intellectual property strategies and implemented cost-saving and purity improvement plans. Previously held various roles at Hemlock including Director of Quality and Science & Technology Director, where significant expansions and quality expectations were established. Prior experience includes a role as Global Manager of Economic Evaluation at Dow Corning, where Dave standardized financial evaluations for substantial capital investments. Dave's career at Hemlock began in 1986 and spans multiple positions focused on production and process engineering. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
