Paul Geisthardt

Paul Geisthardt is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering across various organizations. Currently serving as a Plant Reliability Engineer at Hemlock Semiconductor since June 2021, Paul previously held roles such as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Emergent BioSolutions and Maintenance Engineer and Planner at Midland Cogeneration Venture LP, where successful coordination of outage work improved planned and scheduled work from 0% to over 90%. Prior to these positions, Paul worked at Dow Corning and Terex, leading capital projects and enhancing engineering standards. Academically, Paul holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, a Master of Education in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from the same institution.
