Wayne Swiecicki

Wayne Swiecicki is an accomplished procurement and engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Procurement Category Manager for Raw Materials and Packaging at Hemlock Semiconductor since February 2025, Wayne previously held the position of Senior Buyer for Raw Materials and Contract Manufacturing at DuPont from November 2021 to February 2025. Prior to that, Wayne was a Global Senior Buyer Indirect for Stellantis, managing a $450 million annual spend in capital expenses related to Powertrain Assembly and fuel purchases. Wayne's career began at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where roles included Quality Engineer and Electrical Process Engineer, along with experience at GP Strategies Corporation focusing on international manufacturing processes. Wayne is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Northwood University, having previously earned a B.A. in Business Management and Administration from the same institution.
