Jami Powers

Jami Powers is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People & Performance at Ausenco since October 2022, Jami previously held multiple positions at Hemmera from November 2012, including Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist. Prior experience includes a contract role as HR Advisor in Occupational Health & Safety for the District of West Vancouver from September 2011 to November 2012, as well as an HR Generalist position at Rescan Environmental Services Ltd from June 2002 to June 2011. Jami began the career as Executive Assistant/Office Manager at All Things Energy from June 1997 to June 2002. Jami holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, valid from June 2010 to June 2024, and has completed educational programs at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Capilano University.
