Caroline Van Alst, CPA/CFF, CFE, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a Governing Board Member for the Sausalito Marin City School District since December 2012, following election in November 2012 for a four-year term. Caroline has been a Partner and Forensic CPA at Hemming Morse LLP since October 1991. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California, earned between 1985 and 1989.
