Annika Kastlund began their work experience as a Process Development Customer Service role at Taxi Stockholm in 2007, where they stayed until 2011 when they transitioned into the position of Customer Service Manager. From 2013 to 2014, Annika worked as a Customer Service Team Manager at Verifone. Annika then joined Quinyx in 2014 as a Global Customer Service Manager, a role they held until 2018. Annika's next position was at Anticimex AB, where they worked as a Process Manager Planning and Optimisation, leading a project to implement a route planning system across 29 local offices in Sweden. Currently, Annika is employed as the Head of Customer Service at Hemnet, a role they have held since 2020.
Annika Kastlund has a background in education from Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University, where they studied UGL - utveckling av grupp och ledare and UL - utvecklande ledarskap. Annika also studied Business Management at IHM Business School and Criminology at Stockholm University.
