Nina Karssemakers-Degen

Nina Karssemakers-Degen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Collaboration Manager and Product Development Project Manager at Hemoteq AG since August 2021, Nina has previously held key roles at Basic Pharma, where responsibilities included process validation for GMP production of pharmaceutical products. Nina's earlier career at DSM spanned several roles from Product Development Scientist to Associate Application Developer, focusing on formulation development, process optimization, and technical communication. Educationally, Nina holds a Master of Science degree from The Open University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Hoogeschool Zuid Heerlen, complemented by an Associate's degree from RWTH Aachen University.
