David Heal

David Heal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure EMEA at Hempel A/S since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading infrastructure business efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior roles at Hempel include Director of Solution Management for Energy & Performance OEM and Global Head of Renewable Energy and Performance OEM, focusing on strategy and growth within key market segments. Before joining Hempel, David Heal spent nearly 18 years at PPG Industries, culminating in the position of Market Director for UK & Ireland Refinish, and held various roles managing protective coatings operations across Western Europe. David Heal holds an HNC in Chemistry from the University of Hertfordshire, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
