David Hunter

David Hunter, PCS, currently serves as the Segment Development Manager for CUI, High Heat & Thermal Insulation Coatings and Director of Marketing for North America at Hempel A/S since February 2021. With a robust background in protective coatings, David has been instrumental in executing marketing strategies, developing distributor partnerships, and enhancing e-commerce initiatives. David has also held leadership roles as a Lead Instructor for NACE International and SSPC: The Society for Protective Coatings, instructing various corrosion and coating certification courses across multiple countries. Earlier career experiences include significant positions at Pond & Company, ClockSpring|NRI, Mascoat, and International Paint, where David focused on business development, project management, and coatings program management. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
