Denise Bocalon

Denise Bocalon is currently a Consultant in Process and Operational Excellence at Hempel A/S, where responsibilities include project management for a global management system transition to a process-oriented approach. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Munters focusing on quality and continuous improvement, as well as various managerial positions at Volvo Group overseeing industrial production systems, quality and competence development, and environmental safety. Denise began as a Process Engineer at Petrobras, where process improvement projects and risk analysis were key tasks. Denise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and multiple specializations, including an MBA in People Management and a Leadership Development Program.
