Douglas Mittlesteadt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the coatings and medical device industries. Currently serving as the Head of Energy Global Key Accounts at Hempel A/S since October 2012, Douglas collaborates with Energy Global Key Account Managers to define and execute strategic and tactical tasks, with full budget and P&L responsibility. Previously, Douglas held roles as Group Business Manager and Group Business Development Manager at Hempel A/S and Envoy Medical Corporation, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Sales and Business Development and Regional Sales Manager at Pentair Flow & Filtration Solutions. Douglas holds a BSBA in Marketing and Real Estate from The Ohio State University and has further education from AMPP and Northmont.
