Jesper Cassøe

Jesper Cassøe serves as the Head of Group Tax at Hempel A/S since September 2019, leading the global tax function across over 50 countries and coordinating tax teams in EMEA, Americas, and APAC. Previous experience includes serving as Vice Chairman of the Tax Political Committee at Dansk Erhverv and roles in tax leadership at TDC Group and Danfoss, where responsibilities encompassed M&A support, tax compliance, and international tax issues. Jesper has held editorial positions related to tax publications and provided consulting services at KPMG, focusing on Danish and Greenlandic corporate tax, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Jesper's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration and Business Law from Aalborg University, complemented by executive training in artificial intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management.
