Maria Mikolajczak is an experienced chemist and engineer with a strong background in formulation development, optimization, and testing across various industries. Currently employed at Hempel A/S since March 2014, Maria focuses on formulation projects, lab-scale production, and process optimization, while also serving as a safety representative. Previous roles include positions at Sun Chemical A/S, where project development for pigment production was a key responsibility, and earlier experiences at Hempel A/S as Coating Test Engineer.
