Sarah Klaper

Sarah Klaper is an experienced legal professional specializing in governance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Hempel A/S since May 2022, Klaper focuses on M&A while on secondment from Gorrissen Federspiel, where significant experience was gained from February 2016 to May 2023 as an Advokat in corporate M&A.
