Erika Bennett

Erika Bennett, RPA, currently serves as General Manager at Hempel Real Estate since January 2023. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Senior Regional Property Manager at Hiffman National from August 2021 to January 2023 and Senior Property Manager at Brixmor Property Group from October 2019 to August 2021, where Erika managed a regional portfolio of 2.2 million square feet of retail properties. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at HJ Development, where Erika oversaw financial analysis and operational adjustments for profitability, and managed Elite Facility Services. Erika also held various property management roles at Bigos Management, Inc., Mint Properties LLC, and HJ Development, starting from a leasing internship at 5th Street Ventures. Education includes studies at the University of St. Thomas and Drake University, as well as completion of high school at Pella High School.
