Allison Dearment

Allison DeArment is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in counseling and career services. Currently serving as a School Counselor at Hempfield School District since September 2015, Allison previously worked as the Director of Career Services at Consolidated School of Business, where responsibilities included teaching self-development classes and coordinating student internships. Additionally, experience as an Admissions Representative involved developing presentations and networking with high schools to facilitate student admissions. Allison also contributed as a Women in Business Mentor for the Lancaster Chamber and gained early professional experience as an intern with Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in School Counseling from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Elizabethtown College.
