Graham has considerable experience of all types of development work acting for both developers of and finance providers to shopping centres and other retail schemes, warehouse schemes, office developments such as Canary Wharf, and more recently leisure and health care developments. He has negotiated development agreements, funding agreements, building contracts, professional warranties and agreements for lease with occupational tenants.
