Cameron Schencker Rosenthal has a diverse background in marketing, business development, account management, and customer experience. They began their career as a Customer Experience Associate at The Mint Julep Boutique, where they handled customer inquiries and managed database accounts. They also served as a Social Media Associate, managing social media activity and customer engagement.
Cameron then joined Moda Operandi, Inc as a Merchandising Intern, where they assisted merchandise managers and coordinators in the Trunk Show and Boutique departments. They were praised for their ability to complete market prep materials for brand meetings.
They later became a Store Manager at The Impeccable Pig, where they achieved weekly revenue goals through sales floor leadership and coached the store team to deliver an elevated client experience. They also ensured operational standards were consistently met.
Cameron then worked at Royal TL as an Account Manager, managing a portfolio of key accounts and negotiating pricing and contracts. They successfully increased profitability for the company.
At Hemster, Cameron held multiple roles. As an Account Manager, they developed and maintained strong relationships with key clients and collaborated with cross-functional teams to meet client needs. They later became a Customer Experience & Marketing Manager, leading a team of Customer Experience agents and Virtual Fit stylists and refining the Virtual Fit experience. Currently, Cameron is the Marketing, Business Development, & Partnership Operations Manager at Hemster. They oversee the development and analysis of growth marketing strategies, analyze brand partnership usage data, and ensure alignment with brand and partnership objectives.
Cameron Schencker Rosenthal completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Consumer & Design Science - Apparel Merchandising from Auburn University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Oak Mountain High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Cameron has obtained additional certifications in UX Design, specifically "UX Design: 3 Creating Personas" from LinkedIn in August 2021 and "Journey Mapping: Case Study in Action" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
