Sunny Sethi

Sunny Sethi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sunny is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Hen Nozzles since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at TE Connectivity as a Staff R&D from October 2016 to June 2020. Sunny also served as a Manager, Materials R&D at SunPower Corporation from March 2015 to August 2016, where they were responsible for developing breakthrough materials and processes for shingled PV modules. Before that, Sunny was a Staff materials engineer at SunPower Corporation from June 2013 to March 2015, where they contributed to the development of SunPower's 3rd generation concentrated photovoltaic modules. Sunny also founded and served as the CTO of ADAP Nanotech, LLC from October 2009 to June 2013, where they built a portfolio of thermal management products and raised funding for the company. Sunny started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Akron, working on surfaces and interfaces research, and as an Intern at Empa in 2004. Overall, Sunny has extensive experience in research and development, product design, and leadership roles in the tech and renewable energy industries.

Sunny Sethi earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Polymer Science from The University of Akron, completing the program from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, Sunny Sethi obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute Of Technology, attending from 2001 to 2005.
