Rik van Dijken

Rik van Dijken has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rik held various positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise in finance and management.

Rik'srecent work includes serving as the CFO for Hencon Holding BV, a company involved in engineering and manufacturing mobile equipment for the aluminium and mining industries. Rik also acted as the Managing Director of Hencon Fleetmanagement B.V., where they focused on ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Before their time at Hencon, Rik van Dijken served as the Manager Finance & Control for SABA adhesives & sealants. Rik also established their own company, Echelon Interimmanagement, as its Owner.

Rik van Dijken began their education at the Kamerlingh Onnes College, where they obtained their VWO degree from 1984 to 1992. Following that, they attended the Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, earning a Bachelor's degree in HEAO-Bedrijfseconomie between 1992 and 1997. Later, from 2004 to 2008, Rik studied at the University of Groningen, completing a Chartered Controller, Registercontroller (RC), Executive Master Finance & Control in the field of study known as Postdoctorale controllersopleiding.
