Townley Knudson

Townley Knudson is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in program and contract management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Hendall Inc. since July 2020, Townley oversees Head Start Information and Communications Services. Previously, as Director of Programs at the Southeastern New England Defense Industry Alliance from July 2015 to July 2020, Townley managed grant and contract programs comprehensively. Townley also worked as a Program Management Consultant from November 2014 to June 2019, assisting clients in optimizing business solutions. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Contract Operations at Trans-Management Systems Corporation, Corporate Director of Communication and Outreach Services at ESI, and Program Administrator II for the County of Ventura Human Services Agency. Townley started a career as Director of Government Affairs at the National Head Start Association. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of South Carolina.
