Community Support Team

The Community Support Team at HenderCare is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals within the community by providing personalized care and support services. Led by the Community Care Manager, the team works collaboratively to assess client needs, develop tailored care plans, and deliver direct assistance through Community Field Workers and Support Workers, ensuring each person can live independently and fully engage with their community.
