Anca Bickel has a Master's Degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Technical University "Ghe. Asachi". Anca has held roles such as Undergraduate Instructor at Ecole Superieure des Industries du Textile et de L'Habillement, Dyehouse Manager at Interspitzen, and currently works at Henderson Behavioral Health as Practitioner Database Manager and Avatar (EHR) IT Support, as well as Training Coordinator. Anca's responsibilities include setting up new EHR users, troubleshooting, conducting user acceptance testing, organizing employee orientations, providing CPR training, and teaching textile-related courses.

Established in 1953, Henderson Behavioral Health (HBH or Henderson) provides healthcare, housing, and hope for over 30,000 persons of all ages with behavioral health conditions in Florida each year. Through care, supported employment, advocacy, and housing, Henderson assists and inspires people with mental illnesses and substance use disorders to reclaim their lives.
