Melissa Pollack has extensive experience in various roles related to client care, coordination, and support in the fields of health, addiction treatment, public relations, and marketing. Melissa currently serves as a Healthy Start Care Coordinator at Henderson Behavioral Health and also works as a Group Facilitator at The Source Addiction Treatment Center. Melissa's previous roles include positions such as Digital Marketing Coordinator and Alumni Coordinator at American Addiction Centers, Office Operations Manager at Zakarin Martinez Public Relations, and Intake Coordinator at Holistic Recovery Centers. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Communications from the University of Florida.

Established in 1953, Henderson Behavioral Health (HBH or Henderson) provides healthcare, housing, and hope for over 30,000 persons of all ages with behavioral health conditions in Florida each year. Through care, supported employment, advocacy, and housing, Henderson assists and inspires people with mental illnesses and substance use disorders to reclaim their lives.
