Aliyah Bivens is a dedicated High School Mathematics Teacher at Henderson Collegiate since July 2019, combining teaching expertise with organizational skills developed through various internships. At Chosen Productions, Inc., Aliyah has been instrumental in facilitating communication between executive director program participants and assisting in interactive programming since June 2017. Previous experience includes a cash handling role at Sedgefield Cinemas and an internship at Kilop USA, Inc., where Aliyah focused on relationship building and clerical support. Aliyah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Howard University, attained in May 2019, and is a graduate of the Early College Academy at James B. Dudley High School.

Open to all students in North Carolina, Henderson Collegiate is committed to providing an exceptional education to students who are historically under-served in our community. Henderson Collegiate opened in the summer of 2010 with a 4th grade class of 100 students.
