Angela F. began their work experience as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at W L Cassell & Associates, Inc in 2005, where they gained familiarity with the industry and AutoCAD. Angela then worked as a Lighting Design Intern at Derek Porter Studio in 2007, focusing on lighting design and gaining experience in project coordination. Angela interned at JMPE in 2008 as an Electrical & Lighting Design Intern, where they assisted with electrical and fire alarm design, and gained exposure to energy codes and coordination requirements. While earning their undergraduate degree at Kansas State University, Angela worked as an AutoCAD Teaching Aide, teaching students software basics and working on civil engineering projects. Angela then joined FSC Bredson Inc in 2009 as an Electrical Engineer, where they designed electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and intercom systems, and managed construction administration and project coordination. Currently, Angela works at Henderson Engineers, Inc as an Electrical Engineer, specializing in electrical design for luxury retail and sports projects, with a focus on detail-oriented and fast-paced luxury retail projects, as well as coordinating sports projects with longer time-frames.

Angela F. attended Kansas State University from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architectural Engineering. Angela then went on to study at The University of Kansas from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management.
