Danny McGrail has a diverse work experience in the field of building systems design and engineering. Danny started their career at TME, Inc. in 2011 as an Engineering Intern. Danny later joined Purdy McGuire as an Intern in 2011 and gained valuable experience. In 2012, they worked as a Mechanical Intern at Ross & Baruzzini, Inc. In 2013, they became a full-time Mechanical Engineer at Ross & Baruzzini, Inc. and continued working there until 2016.

In 2016, Danny joined Henderson Engineers as a Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer and successfully managed projects in different sectors. Danny later took on leadership roles at Henderson Engineers, including Science & Technology Practice Leader and Community Sector Science & Technology Practice Director. As an Associate at Henderson Engineers, Danny played a key role in the company's growth and contributed to its portfolio of engineering services in various markets.

Throughout their career, Danny McGrail has demonstrated strong expertise in building systems design and engineering. Danny is also a LEED AP, showcasing their commitment to sustainable design and environmental responsibility.

Danny McGrail PE, LEED AP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University. Additionally, they have attended Czech Technical University in Prague, where they studied Engineering. Before their university education, Danny went to Helias Catholic High School.

In terms of additional certifications, Danny obtained the Professional Engineer designation from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in December 2017. Danny also obtained the LEED AP BD+C certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in June 2014.
