Barry Sutherland

Barry Sutherland began their work experience in 2003 as a Management Trainee at Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Marketing Strategist and Video Production/Website Coordinator at Clockwork Home Services, Inc. where they gained skills in video production and website development. Barry then joined HOK, a global architecture firm, as a Marketing Coordinator from 2008 to 2010, where they assisted various teams in winning large projects for notable clients. Barry then moved to McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., where they started as a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator from 2010 to 2013, responsible for marketing efforts for the Science & Technology business unit. Barry was later promoted to Director of Business Development, leading the establishment of a new Kansas City office. Currently, Barry works at Henderson Engineers as a Director of Client Relationships and later as Client Experience Director | Associate, responsible for managing client relationships and leading the development and execution of the company's client experience program.

Barry Sutherland attended Culver-Stockton College from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. In 1998, they also briefly attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, although no degree or field of study is specified. Additionally, in January 2023, Barry obtained the CXPA Professional Member certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
