William Winston, P.E. has over 20 years of progressive engineering consulting experience. William has worked at various companies, including Henderson Engineers, Inc, HNTB, Elevated Resources Inc, Delivering Facilities Design Solutions, and Black & Veatch.

At Henderson Engineers, Inc, they served as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager, responsible for developing design construction documents, building client relationships, managing resources, and ensuring project performance and quality control.

During their time at HNTB, they held the roles of Engineering Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer, and Associate Vice President. William led design and development projects, managed client relationships, monitored budgets and schedules, and provided mentorship to staff.

At Elevated Resources Inc, they worked as an Engineering Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer, where they led diverse projects, managed client relationships, and provided mentorship and career development to staff.

In addition to their degree, they have obtained various professional engineer certifications from the State of Hawaii in April 2016, the State of Texas in December 2015, the State of Kansas in April 2015, and the State of Louisiana in September 2014.
