With a strong background in the food industry, Richard previously held sales positions at Corrib Food Products and Conaty Catering Supplies, and operated Richard O'Mara Food Products for over a decade. In addition to professional roles, Richard O'Mara has been an active volunteer with Civil Defence Ireland since October 2018 and contributed to the Irish Red Cross from February 1992 to April 2015.
