Charles Basinait

Charles Basinait is an accomplished Land Use and Environmental Attorney at Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., with over three decades of experience since joining the firm in January 1988. Prior to this role, Charles served as an Assistant County Attorney in the Land Use Division of the Lee County Attorney's Office from November 1983 to December 1987. Charles holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law in Boston, obtained between 1979 and 1982, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from St. Bonaventure University, earned from 1971 to 1975.
