Sean Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Sean started their career in 2006 as a Resource Manager at Pertemps Network Group, where they managed accounts in the Manufacturing, Production, and Driving industries. In 2008, they established their own recruitment company, E3 Recruitment Management, serving clients such as N Power, Camper, Alpha CRC, and UKTV.

Sean then joined Hudson in 2010 as a Senior Account Manager in the IT Practice, specializing in recruiting IT professionals for top clients in the Financial Services sector. During their time at Hudson, they also became the Manager of the Enterprise & Project Solutions team, leading a multi-location team and taking responsibility for P&L and strategic operations.

In 2015, Sean became a Managing Consultant at Hudson, building a team that specialized in Enterprise Accounts and delivered contract, permanent, and MSP solutions to large-scale clients in Scotland. Sean achieved significant success and was named the largest contributor to profit within the UK&I business unit.

Moving on to the Chartered Management Institute in 2017, Sean served as a Board Member and worked to drive member engagement and enhance the reach of the organization. Sean later became the Events Champion and a member of the Institute of Consulting before leaving due to relocation.

Currently, Sean holds the position of Practice Director at Henderson Scott since 2018. Sean leads a team of expert consultants across the UK, delivering technology and change capability, as well as contract/interim staffing solutions to a wide range of clients. Sean'steams focus on securing the best talent, reducing expenses, and accurately forecasting costs.

Sean Brown obtained a degree in Managers Toolkit from The Open University in 2015. Sean also completed a course on Managing performance through people at The Open University in the same year. In terms of additional certifications, Sean received training in RPA Awareness from UiPath in 2018, and completed Emergency first aid for all ages from St Johns Ambulance in November 2018. Sean obtained certifications in PRINCE2 Fundamentals and Project Management Simplified from lynda.com in 2015, and will be obtaining a Library Certification from Loopio in 2023.
