Cody Faubion

Cody Faubion has extensive experience in the field of pharmacy. Cody started their career as a Pharmacy Intern at HEB and CVS Caremark Corporation, where they gained experience in prescription verification, data entry, and patient counseling. Cody then worked as a Pharmacist Intern at various healthcare settings, including Scott & White Pharmacy, Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, and Health for All, where they further developed their skills in patient care and medication management. Cody went on to complete a Pharmacy Residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, specializing in pharmaceutical care. Cody later joined Hendrick Medical Center as a Pharmacist, where they worked until 2017. During their time at Brownwood Regional Medical Center, Cody served as a Hospital Pharmacist and played a key role in developing the antimicrobial stewardship program. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Pharmacy at Hendrick Health, starting in 2023.

Cody Faubion has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Cody then pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy and MBA degree at the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center - Rangel College of Pharmacy from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville between 2013 and 2015. Furthermore, Cody has additional certifications in BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association, as well as certifications in Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services and Pharmacy Based Immunization Delivery from APhA, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not mentioned.
